60 pounds so far!

I know I haven't posted in over a month. Beat me with melted chocolate. For real, my total weight loss is now 60 pounds. Every day I feel better and better. In fact, Dr. Adams told me not to come back. I'm doing fine on my own and according to help don't need his help. I hope he knows what he is talking about. I feel a little depressed about it because he is the best cheerleader I have. But, I still have to see him for allergy and blood pressure issues so we'll see. Speaking of, my blood pressure was only 126/72 yesterday and did his little happy dance. I'll post a new pic soon as I have a new haircut...plus I've lost 60 pounds!
